CEP Event
During this past January 31st through February 8th, 2025, Brulée Food Service hosted an exciting event in collaboration with CEP at Miami Beach, just a few meters from the ocean!
Our dedicated team of professionals created an engaging and memorable dining experience for our guests. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were prepared and served with interactive food stations and genuinely warm smiles.
The menus were diverse, these included Mediterranean and Italian selections, alongside light dishes which complemented the warm Miami Beach weather. All dishes were carefully planned to be balanced with carbohydrates, proteins, and fresh salads. Included in the selections were vegan and pescatarian options, also provided were cool, refreshing options such as fresh fruits and medley salads.
Our guests were surprised with our salmon in mango sauce (Mmm, incredibly delicious if we may so ourselves)and our own beef stew (made with our chef’s secret recipe), two dishes that are quickly becoming favorites for our clientele. The Italian station, however, became the highlight of the event! It featured seasonal offerings such as penne pasta, shrimp scampi, and meatballs that showcased our fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian seasonings.
It is always so rewarding watching our guests request to “just try a little bite”, then return soon thereafter, with their friends in tow for more!
We want to take this opportunity to publicly thank our team who take such pride in our product. They workeddiligently with energy and dedication to ensure that every meal was delicious and nutritious… and beautifully served.
This event was about more than just great food, it was a chance for us to continue to grow together, learn from one another, and strengthen the bonds that makes Brulee Food Service, a family.
We are all very proud of the achievements, individually and as a team, that were showcased during this incredible week. The power of teamwork and the joy of sharing good food in a beautiful setting cannot be overstated. We look forward to future endeavors celebrating our shared passion for culinary excellence.
